INGREDIENTS:

Yams – as many as you want
Coconut oil
Sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pre Heat oven to 375°.
2. Peel off the skin and cut the yams into small triangles, try for 1 inch wide and ½ cm thick.
3. Coat pieces with coconut oil and sea salt. If the coconut oil is too hard to use heat in a pan and then pour over the yams.
4. Place in oven and check at 20 minutes, I usually leave in for 30-35.
5. Once they are cooked through and golden allow to cool.
